Do I need a gym membership?
No. Your training plan will be built around what you have access to — whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just your own bodyweight. We work with your reality.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Because most coaching only addresses one thing — the food or the training. This program works on all three: your nutrition, your training, and the mindset underneath it. That's usually what's been missing.
I'm not sure I can afford it.
The investment is something we discuss on the discovery call — it varies depending on your goals and what you need. Come have the conversation first and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.
What does the discovery call involve?
It's a relaxed 20-minute conversation — no pressure, no hard sell. We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this program is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you honestly.
I don't like running or intense training. Is this still for me?
Yes. Your plan is built around what works for your body and what you'll actually enjoy doing. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here. We find what works for you.
